Stratek AI Solutions SAS (hereinafter "Stratek AI", "we", or "the company") acts as the data controller for personal data collected through its website and services.

• Contact data for scheduling (via Calendly): full name, email address, phone number.
• Newsletter subscription data (future): email address.

Stratek AI will respond to the query or complaint within ten (10) business days of receiving the request, in accordance with Article 14 of Law 1581 of 2012. If the request cannot be resolved within that timeframe, the data subject will be notified within the first five (5) business days, indicating the reason and estimated response date.

Stratek AI uses the following third-party services that involve international data transfers:

• Google Analytics 4 — Google LLC, United States. Data: anonymized web analytics. Google complies with standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Facebook Pixel — Meta Platforms Inc., United States. Data: web behavior for advertising targeting. Meta complies with standard contractual clauses for international transfers.
• Calendly — Calendly LLC, United States. Data: name, email, and phone number for scheduling. Calendly complies with GDPR and standard contractual clauses.

All transfers are carried out with adequate data protection guarantees in accordance with Decree 1377 of 2013.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

This website uses the following tracking technologies:

• Google Analytics 4 cookies: Track browsing behavior anonymously to improve the site.
